تطبيق حرفي العراق

1. قبول الشروط

  • باستخدامك لتطبيق "حرفي العراق"، فإنك تقر بقراءة والموافقة التامة والالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
  • إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى إزالة التثبيت والتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فوراً.

2. وصف الخدمة

  • يُقدّم تطبيق "حرفي العراق" منصة إلكترونية صممت بحرفية لربط الزبائن بالحرفيين المحترفين في جميع أرجاء العراق.
  • يقتصر دور التطبيق على كونه وسيط رقمي — ولا يتحمل إدارة التطبيق المسؤولية المباشرة ولا غير المباشرة عن نوعية وجودة الخدمات أو المعاملات المبرمة خارج التطبيق.

3. حسابات المستخدمين

  • يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة عند التسجيل (الاسم والرقم) دقيقة وصحيحة وموثوقة.
  • أنت وحدك المسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل دخولك والمحافظة على جهازك لتجنب الاختراق.
  • يُحظر كلياً اختلاق أو إنشاء حسابات متعددة لنفس الشخص بقصد التحايل والمراوغة على المنظومة.
  • نحتفظ وبشدة بحق إيقاف، تقييد، أو إلغاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط فوراً، دون سابق إنذار.

4. سلوك المستخدمين

  • الاحترام المهني والمتبادل شرط أساسي لاستمرارية كلا الطرفين. والتراشق اللفطي يؤدي للطرد.
  • يُحظر نشر محتوى مسيء، إباحي، مضلل، محرض أو ينتهك أي حقوق عامة داخل معرض الصور ومعلومات الحرفي.
  • يُحظر أي ممارسات تعتمد على الفيروسات، اختراق التطبيق أو إرسال طلبات زائدة للتأثير على خوادمنا.

5. المدفوعات والاشتراكات

  • تخضع باقات الاشتراك الدورية أو الخاصة بالحرفيين لآلية التسجيل والدفع المعتمدة وفق قواعد وتقييدات إدارة التطبيق حصرياً.
  • المبالغ المدفوعة لاشتراكات المنصة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد أن تُفَعَّل الباقة على حساب الحرفي داخل التطبيق بشكل سليم.
  • نحتفظ بحق تغيير وتعديل رسوم الباقات مستقبلاً مع ضمان التوجيه والإشعار المسبق للمستخدمين.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

  • العلامة التجارية وشعار "حرفي العراق"، فضلاً عن جميع الأكواد، التصاميم الجرافيكية وواجهات المستخدم (UI/UX) هي ملكية حصرية وحقوق محجوزة قانوناً.
  • لا يُسمح أبداً لأي فرد بتسويقها تجارياً، الهندسة العكسية، النقل، أو الاستغلال المادي والمجاني خارج الرعايات الرسمية.

7. تحديد المسؤولية

  • يقر الزبون والحرفي عند المفاهمة بأننا لم نفرض التوقيع والمصادقة على أيهم، واستخدامكم للتطبيق يعكس تحملكم للمطالبات والخسائر المتوقعة.
  • الخدمة مقدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات أو وعود خفية أخرى خلاف المرجو بالتطبيق.

8. التعديلات والقانون المطبق

  • نحتفظ بحق التحديث لهذه الوثيقة بين الفينة والأخرى.
  • تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر بناءً على أحكام قوانين جمهورية العراق. تُعقد النزاعات لدى محاكم ومراكز التحكيم العراقية النافذة.

  • By using "Iraqi Craftsman", you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the app and uninstall it.

2. Service Description

  • "Iraqi Craftsman" is an online platform designed to connect customers with professional craftsmen across Iraq.
  • The app acts as an intermediary only — we are not a party to any agreement made between customers and craftsmen, and we are not responsible for the quality of services provided.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering (name, phone number, etc.).
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and your device secure.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

  • Mutual respect and professional behavior are required from all users at all times.
  • Posting offensive, pornographic, misleading, or rights-violating content in profiles or photo galleries is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our servers or app infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
  • Using the app for any illegal or harmful purpose will result in permanent account removal.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Craftsman subscription plans are subject to the pricing and payment methods set by app management.
  • Payments are non-refundable once a subscription plan has been activated on the craftsman's account.
  • We reserve the right to update subscription pricing with prior notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The "Iraqi Craftsman" brand, logo, codebase, UI/UX designs, and all related content are exclusively owned by us and protected by law.
  • Copying, reverse-engineering, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the app without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses, disputes, or damages resulting from interactions between customers and craftsmen outside the app.
  • The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in these terms.

8. Amendments & Applicable Law

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable Iraqi legislation.
